I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety and phase of life issues/transitions. I help clients identify early life messages and behavior patterns that create self-doubt, anxiety, guilt, and shame, and work to create a safe place to process trauma. I'm passionate about empowering women and mothers to recognize their strengths and abilities while providing support and insight. I want to support my clients in their journey to grow in their confidence and understanding of themselves while developing skills that assist them in their daily lives, creating healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I believe that developing an authentic, positive relationship and utilizing client strengths is the key to creating positive change in life. Providing a safe place for clients to be heard and validated, while empowering them to find solutions that work in their daily life allows individuals to conquer the most difficult challenges they may encounter.
It's an absolute honor to be chosen to be part of someone's life; to be able to support people in pain, celebrate their growth, and laugh through the joy and hurt.
