Choosing to begin therapy shows profound inner strength and a desire to connect with oneself. This connection allows a felt sense of safety and self-awareness to develop, leading to deep healing and the ability to create authentic connections with others. It is through these internal and external connections that we are able to manage the staggering complexities that exist within life, as well as find joy in the process of living.
As trauma is stored non-verbally within us, I believe a mind-body approach to healing is necessary for lasting change. My practice prioritizes safety and client goals, and incorporates relational, somatic, psychodynamic, IFS, polyvagal, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment-based theory to help clients find symptom relief, self-compassion, and life fulfillment.
I’m creative, queer-identified, and invested in my own personal growth. I’m honored to be a therapist and to create a safe space for clients to explore how they came to be who they are and evolve into more integrated versions of themselves. Each of our bittersweet experiences of being human deserving honoring; I look forward to connecting with you.
