I have over 19 years experience in the mental health field. I found my passion for using evidence-based treatment modalities of anxiety, depression, and related disorders while working at Rogers Behavioral Health in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin in 2004 and have worked in a variety of settings since that time.

I specialize in treating depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, health illness/anxiety disorders, and perfectionism, as well as body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). I am a founding member and currently serve as the President of OCD Iowa.
