Specializing in trauma work, I welcome clients of all identities, ensuring that everyone feels seen and understood in our sessions.

I integrate modalities including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), and values-based therapy within a person-centered, collaborative approach. I believe that healing is a journey we embark on together, and it’s important to me that therapy feels empowering and authentic.
