I am trained in the use of mindfulness, CBT, IFS, play therapy, family systems, and psychoeducation, and am working towards full certification in play therapy and IFS. I work with kids, teenagers, adults, and couples. In-person appointments are available Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and telehealth appointments are available on Wednesdays.
I personally have experienced trauma, anxiety, and depression and have come out the other side. I am both a member of and an ally to the LGBTQ+ community and have extensive experience (both practical and research-based) working with transgender individuals in particular.
