Being a young adult navigating unique challenges, changes, and choices presented in life can be both exciting and daunting! Anxiety, inattention, low mood, and feeling disorganized can quickly diminish enthusiasm just when life is getting the most exciting. If this sounds like you, I’m here to lend a helping hand. Whether you are in college, a new graduate, making big transitions, or simply figuring out your next moves in life, it is important to have supportive people in your corner to help you through. I offer a safe, judgment free, and LGBTQIA+ friendly environment to my clients.

I specialize in working with young adults and teens experiencing all sorts of life transitions and challenges including: anxiety, depression, ADHD, self esteem, personal identity, and self image. I come to my clients with a strengths perspective, ready to meet them wherever they are in their journey of life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a well rounded background working with young adults in clinical schools, inpatient, and outpatient programs. I value using a trauma informed approach in working with my clients and am formally trained in ARC and TFCBT. At this time I am seeing clients both in person and virtually.
