Hello! My name is Jamie Dinneen and I am a licensed professional counselor at Instilling Light, PLLC. My approach to helping clients involves helping them understand the function of their thoughts and feelings while honoring these aspects of themselves. By creating a space to understand and honor these aspects of themselves, clients are able to move forward with a better awareness of who they are and how they interact with the world. I believe clients are the experts in their own lives and I am here to help facilitate you through your journey.
My specialties include working with clients who have experienced trauma or grief, as well as clients who are experiencing life transitions, depression, or anxiety. I conduct therapy with an integrative approach that best fits the needs of the individual client which is based in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as EMDR.
