I have a unique view and experience merging EMDR, IFS, and IPNB together that will give a more individualist, holistic, and deeper approach to your healing where you can feel joy again.

I offer telehealth & in-person sessions - both equally effective in different ways. If in-person, sessions are held either indoors or outdoors on a care farm where we have the opportunity to integrate animals, movement, and nature into the therapeutic setting.
