I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, and personality challenges, relational struggles, and addiction. I welcome young adults and adults form diverse backgrounds -including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities-to bring their whole selves to our work together.
As a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC) in the state of Michigan, I've supported individuals both in inpatient and outpatient setting with programs like the 12-step program, Mindfulness Based Recovery, Al-anon, and community resources. My aim is to inspire personal change and help you identify and address systemic or structural barriers in your way
