Greetings! I am a pre-licensed professional with experience working with formerly incarcerated women and adults battling addiction. My purpose is to assist you with creating and maintaining an abundant, fulfilled and peaceful life. I am available virtually, or if you prefer, we can talk in person. Healing is the goal, so let me help you to help yourself work towards that goal. I use person-centered methods to identify ways to treat diagnoses such as anxiety, depression and PTSD.
