I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your authentic self. As a Colorado Springs native, I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that shaped me. I earned my Master of Social Work from UCCS and hold my Licensed Social Worker (LSW) credential. My background includes working with adolescents, adults, and families, as well as providing crisis mental health care in a pediatric emergency department. I have a special interest in trauma, ADHD, crisis intervention, and working with teens, while also supporting clients facing a wide range of mental health concerns.
My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in CBT and DBT. I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns while also building practical tools that can be used in everyday life. Whether you’re feeling stuck, navigating a difficult season, or trying to make sense of past experiences, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
My experience in the emergency department shaped how I show up as a therapist. I’m comfortable sitting with intense emotions, helping you find stability in the moment, and working through situations that feel urgent or overwhelming. At the same time, I value creating a steady, supportive space where longer-term growth can happen.
