My personal and professional mission is to be there so that no one has to struggle alone. I feel passionate about offering clients the opportunity to feel seen, understood, and valued, and I always work to meet my clients where they're at in their journey. I believe that all of my clients already possess the capacities necessary for growth, they just might need a little help to recognize and learn how to draw upon their personal strengths. I'm here to walk alongside you as you explore your goals and values, and ultimately work to build a more fulfilling life.
My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and reflective, and I often try to incorporate humor into the therapeutic process. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, so I strive to collaborate with each client in developing an individualized treatment plan that fits their unique wants and needs. I work with individuals age 12 and older.
