I have been an LCSW for over 20 years and absolutely love the work that I do. I have spent my career working with young adults, adults + families as they navigate issues surrounding depression, anxiety, dynamics in their relationships, grief + loss and substance use. I am passionate about working with women as they navigate dating, marriage, motherhood, and parenting + co-parenting. My goal is to help my clients create a healthier path and to walk that path with confidence and calm. I believe strongly in the power of resilience and our ability to heal.

I am here to connect, to listen, and to provide you with the tools that will allow you to become the best version of yourself. I am not about buttoning up shirt collars. Rather, I want to meet you right where you are. I feel strongly that therapy does not have to feel so clinical and formal. We are all humans and we all struggle.
