As a therapist, my goal is to create a warm, peaceful space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I’m here to support you in cultivating self-compassion and connection with your authentic self. My approach to therapy is introspective and somatic, often using Brainspotting and Lifespan Integration Therapy in the process. While I work with a variety of issues, I’m particularly passionate about supporting those who are experiencing grief, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, and challenges with creative expression. I’m committed to helping you navigate life with more peace, authenticity, and resilience.
As a result of my own lived experience, I often work with musicians and other artists— including both professional creatives and those who do creative work as a hobby—to address blocks in creative expression and performance. This often includes using Performance Brainspotting to access and process the emotions and experiences that are hindering creativity.
I’d love to help you access and expand your creativity and authentic self-expression as part of your growth and healing.
