My approach to therapy is introspective and somatic, often using Brainspotting to help clients experience more peace, resilience, self-compassion, creativity, connection, and authenticity in their lives. Throughout our work together, I will strive to create a warm, peaceful space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. While I work with a wide range of issues, I’m especially passionate about working with grief, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, and blocks in performance and creative expression.
As a result of my own lived experience, I specialize in working with musicians, writers, visual and performing artists, and athletes to address blocks in performance and/or creative expression. This often includes using Performance Brainspotting to identify, access, and process the emotions and experiences that are hindering performance and flow state.
I’d love to help you connect with and expand your authentic self-expression and creativity.
