Feeling that something should be hard postpones wanted change. Current research supports that we humans have the greatest access to our highest functioning when we are in a calm AND alert state. I will show you how to access and live from that state in and out of our session.
As well as providing the traditional 50 minute office session, I offer non-traditional approaches: Therapy or coaching while walking, gardening, biking, or doing art projects such as soul collage. Movement, breath and art all have the incredible ability to shift unhappy patterns with ease, gentleness and even playfulness.
