My ideal client is someone who recognizes a need for change. Struggling with trauma, intrusive thoughts, self-harming, gender/sexuality issues, loneliness, big emotions such as sadness, anger, and anxiety, identity crisis, connection with spirituality/religion, personal relationships, life stressors, and connecting with inner child/self. My goal is to meet you where you are at, support you in your current struggles, and work together to meet your best self.
As a trauma counselor, I support my clients with an eclectic approach and meet them wherever they are currently. I specialize in hypnotherapy, EMDR, and yoga therapy. I welcome all people and provide LGBTQ+ & BIPOC affirming services.
