A lot of people come to therapy feeling like they should have figured it out by now. Maybe you are holding everything together on the outside, but inside you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of what comes next. You might be navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, relationship wounds, shame, burnout, or old patterns that keep showing up even though you are trying really hard to move differently. I want you to know that you do not have to do this alone. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, be honest, and not have to carry everything by yourself for once. You do not need to have all the answers before you start.
I am an eclectic, trauma-informed therapist with a warm, collaborative approach. I use heart-centered hypnotherapy, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, parts work, Reiki, and yoga-informed practices.
You do not have to do this alone. As a queer, neurodivergent, and anti-oppressive therapist, I offer space to slow down, be honest, and reconnect with your wisdom, strength, and sense of self without shrinking, translating, or explaining away who you are. Together, we can honor the parts of you that helped you survive while creating space for something new.
