Welcome. I take a personalized, trauma-informed, compassionate approach. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, struggling with emotional pain, or simply searching for a safe, non-judgmental space to process the challenges of life. You're here because you want something to change—you want to feel less stuck, less overwhelmed, and more in control of your life. I use CBT, Mindfulness, EMDR, and Brainspotting to support your unique healing journey. In therapy, we’ll work together to understand what’s holding you back and create a path toward healing, growth, and forward movement.

We'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a supportive way. If painful memories are holding you captive, EMDR and/or Brainspotting may be good approaches. These approaches help painful memories lose their emotional charge, keeping the past from controlling the present. This creates space for growth and empowers you to move forward.
