Feeling burnt out trying to apply therapy tips from social media? It’s overwhelming to do it all and still feel stuck. Healing from anxiety and trauma is tough, especially with so much info out there! I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, by building insights and tools that honor your unique strengths and experiences. Using a trauma-informed lens, I integrate parts work and somatic practices to help you connect your body and mind for lasting growth.
There are three incredibly important beliefs I have about trauma therapy for neurodivergent individuals: (1) Regardless of your life experiences, all human beings have the innate capacity to heal. (2) Understanding the way neurodivergence plays out in your life makes for more effective therapy. (3) You are in control of and the expert of your own life.
I help my clients create and streamline the vision they have for their lives by bridging the communication gap between who they are now, parts of themselves that may not be heard, and how past trauma is currently affecting their everyday lives. Reach out today, I'd love to chat to see if we're a good fit.
