Hi, I’m Jamie Eggert, a licensed professional counselor based in Springfield, MO. I provide therapy through a trauma-informed, attachment-based lens, helping individuals navigate emotional challenges with compassion and understanding. My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and build stronger connections with themselves and others. I'm trained in EMDR and Somatic Integration and Processing (SIP). In practice, this means our sessions will focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel emotionally safe.

I specialize in working with individuals aged 13 to 45 and am deeply affirming of neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ identities. My practice is built on creating an inclusive and supportive space where all clients feel seen, heard, and valued
