Life problems are common to all of us; however, finding your individual path and pace to moving through them is essential. I have worked in mental health for 25 years assisting people with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and goal attainment, while respecting each person's unique experience.
A note about my work with adolescents; I believe this stage in life is a fragile one, often causing stress and anxiety.
