Many clients who come to me are highly self-aware and have built a strong understanding of themselves after years of therapy. Yet, they still feel stuck in painful relational patterns, anxiety, shame, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection. They often describe feeling exhausted from overthinking relationships, or painfully unseen after years of understanding everyone else around them. As a Level II AEDP therapist, I approach healing through attachment, emotion, and relationship. Together, we slow down and work experientially in the present moment so that healing is emotionally felt and transformed in real time.

Clients often describe our work as deeply personal, emotionally engaging, and different from traditional therapy. Rather than spending sessions only analyzing problems or recounting your life story, I focus on helping you safely experience emotions, practice new ways of relating, and develop new experiences of connection, authenticity, and self-compassion.

I especially enjoy working with emotionally insightful individuals, couples caught in painful relational cycles, and families longing for healthier ways of connecting. Join our in-person Attachment-Focused Couples Group Therapy in Little Rock, Arkansas. This experiential psychotherapy group helps couples deepen emotional connection, improve communication, explore attachment patterns, and strengthen relational security within a supportive clinical setting. Establishing the Self: Individual Therapy Group

Join our in-person Establishing the Self: Group Therapy for Individuals in Little Rock, AR. This experiential psychotherapy group uses AEDP, attachment theory, and the work of Pia Mellody to help individuals identify and shift codependent patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, improve boundaries, and develop a more grounded sense of self in relationships. Members will practice emotional experiencing, speaking from an “I” position, relational reflection, and authentic connection in a supportive clinical environment.
