I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Delaware who believes that any and everyone can benefit from therapy. I believe that reaching out for help is a sign of great strength. I create a safe space in which clients feel comfortable opening up by being authentic, humorous, and also direct. I challenge clients by asking the tough questions while still being compassionate to their needs. Therapy is a collaborative effort in which I provide support to help clients tackle life's obstacles. I view problems in a systemic manner and view the core of most issues as relational.
I have experience working with families, couples, and individuals. I provide support to those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, gender identity, sexuality, parenting, children with behavioral issues, and relational issues. I have experience working with clients from a wide ranges of ages and backgrounds.
My approach is based on experiential therapy, narrative, structural family therapy, and CBT. I am a certified trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) therapist and currently being trained in ecosystemic structural family therapy (ESFT). I can't solve your problems for you but I can walk with you through the journey and hold space.
