Welcome! My name is Jamica Cobbs and I focus on helping people change patterns that keep anxiety going—not just understand them.

On the inside, its overthinking, pressure, burnout, or feeling inconsistent in ways that are starting to catch up with them. Therapy with me is focused and practical. I also bring experience working with athletes and leading organizational risk, compliance and improved employee performance trainings.
