About

I'm a licensed therapist & board-certified art therapist and I'm currently accepting new clients. I work with adults from all walks of life with anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, life changes/transitions, grief, identity and stress (work, school, relationships, etc). I provide a safe and supportive space for people to begin the healing process & move toward personal growth. I use a person-centered approach rooted in mutual respect, warmth, trust, and honesty. Empathy, creativity, and evidence-based practices guide my approach to helping people get unstuck and moving toward their goals.
I use CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques to support treatment goals through skill-building, gaining insights, and clarifying values. I’m trained and credentialed in counseling & art therapy and include art therapy in sessions as desired by clients. Art therapy focuses on the art-making process so art skills or talents are not needed for people to benefit from it.
People invest their time & energy in therapy. They deserve to feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered throughout the therapy process. Please feel free to reach out by email if you're interested in starting therapy and if you have questions. You can visit my website to view my current openings for new patient appointments and to schedule your appointment.
