About

I'm a licensed therapist & board-certified art therapist. I'm currently accepting new clients. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, social anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, self-esteem, perfecitonism, life changes/transitions, grief, identity, and stress (work, school, relationships, etc). I offer a safe and supportive space for people to begin the healing process & move toward personal growth. I use a person-centered approach rooted in mutual respect, warmth, trust, and honesty. Empathy, creativity, and evidence-based practices guide my approach to helping people get unstuck and move toward their goals.
I use CBT, DBT, and ACT techniques to support treatment goals through skill-building, gaining insights, and clarifying values. I’m trained and credentialed in counseling & art therapy and include art therapy in sessions as desired by clients. Art therapy focuses on the art-making process so art skills or talents are not needed for people to benefit from it.
People invest their time & energy in therapy. They deserve to feel seen, heard, respected, & empowered throughout the therapy process. Please email me if you're interested in starting therapy and if you have any questions about getting started. Feel free to visit my website to see my current new patient openings & schedule your first appointment.
