Hi, I’m Jami Kulkin.
I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 31 years of experience helping people heal, grow, and feel more at home in their lives. I offer a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy—one that honors your whole self: mind, body, heart, and spirit.
Clients often come to me when they’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply the sense that something isn’t working anymore.
My work draws from a wide range of tools, including cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, EMDR, hypnotherapy, somatic practices, and spiritual insight. I also bring a Doctorate in Naturopathy and training in fitness, meditation, and sexuality—which gives me a broader lens to support healing from the inside out.
