My approach with clients is to build rapport by using narrative therapy and adding other modalities such as trauma-attachment focused, emotion-focused, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral and strength based. These modalities of therapy assist clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, other mood disorders, ADHD, along with several other disorders.
