I work with adults 25+ in WI and IL. My clients are those who want to do deeper therapeutic work, explore personal growth, and traverse challenging relationship dynamics (familial, romantic, or otherwise). I treat clients experiencing mood disorders, identity issues, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and those dealing with sexual, relationship, and intimacy problems. Often, a crisis or a crossroads brings folks to therapy and the treatment process allows them to make life-long improvements to the quality of their lives.

I provide both individual and group psychotherapy, with a special place in my heart for group work. You can learn more about my groups at the bottom of this page or via my website. With a warm yet intentional style, I work collaboratively with clients to explore relational and societal dynamics in order to find the best ways to address their concerns.

Safety, confidentiality, and trust are of the utmost importance in my work. I am able to quickly develop a working relationship with clients and often make use of humor in session. I have extensive experience leading therapy groups in both private practice and college counseling centers, as well as teaching trauma-informed yoga.
