I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and specialize in helping clients to overcome trauma, loss, and a wide range of life transitions. I work with kids (8+), adults, and families through an array of issues including but not limited to trauma, abuse, grief, depression, self-harm, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, mood disorders, career/education, goal-setting, family issues, communication issues, and a wide range of life transitions.

My passion is to help clients work through trauma and other difficult times and see results as quickly as possible so they can have meaningful, joy-filled lives while honoring their past. I am trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) which is a research-based and highly effective therapy used to treat trauma as well as brainspotting.
