Life often comes with obstacles that are too overwhelming to tackle alone. I work to help individuals navigate their journey through life’s hurdles by helping them identify strengths within themselves and their relationships, and to find meaning in their challenges. I primarily work with older children and adults who have experienced childhood trauma, sexual/physical abuse, betrayal/infidelity, and grief/loss.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I address the multiple systems involved in providing solutions and support. No problem occurs in isolation. Therefore, I not only focus on mental and emotional health. But, I also incorporate relationships, physical health, and spiritual health, addressing how their integration affect overall well-being.
