With more than 20 years of experience, I help people work through trauma, anxiety, relationship struggles, and life’s many changes. I studied psychology at Louisiana State University and earned my master’s in social work from Tulane University. My style is supportive and down-to-earth, offering practical tools and a safe space to heal. I’m passionate about helping clients build confidence, strengthen connections, and find hope and balance in their everyday lives.
Throughout my career, I've worked in a wide range of clinical settings. These varied experiences have shaped how I show up as a therapist, and I have a deep understanding of how interconnected our mental, emotional, physical, and relational lives are. I support clients in making meaningful connections, both within themselves and in their relationships.
At the core of my work is the belief that we all develop strategies to survive and cope-some of which may no longer serve us. I work to create a safe space where clients can explore those patterns, reconnect with themselves and move toward healing.
