I work to help people get unstuck from difficult phases of life or difficult patterns of thinking/feeling. Clients may be struggling due to past trauma, addiction, compulsive/impulsive behavior, negative thoughts or self-beliefs, low confidence, low self-esteem, anxiety, fear, depression, and other struggles in life. I specialize in working with teens and adults through trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and burnout. I have experience and training in EMDR, ART, CBT and ACT. I believe in working on the root cause by gaining insight from past experiences while also building present-day skills, challenging blind spots, and creating healthier patterns.
