Are you tired of feeling controlled by your emotions? Depending on food, behaviors or loved ones to deal with your discomfort? I love helping my clients who are feeling stuck in that uncomfortable place with anxiety, disordered eating patterns, or a traumatic past. Together, we peel back the layers to discover what support you need to heal, change, and grow towards a path of growth and peace within yourself.
I offer a compassion-focused practice grounded in empirically supported techniques. I have advanced training and supervision as a Certified Cognitive Behavioral Specialist (Academy of Cognitive Therapy). Within a Cognitive-Behavioral framework, I also incorporate DBT skills, Trauma Resiliency, Relational, and Family Systems theories into my practice.
