About
I am passionate about breaking the negative stigma of mental health in the church and the black community. I enjoy helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate through the challenges and unexpected hardships of life. I have a desire to help clients with a wide variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, divorce, transitions, single parenting, and family communication
One shoe does not fit all. Our struggles are all different and unique, therefore my approach will be specialized and tailored to meet the needs of my client. I have an eclectic approach utilizing various faith-based, brain-based, creative, and integrative modalities.
