I am an experienced therapist with over many years of experience. I have been trained in various models over the years. Four years ago I did a training by Richard Schwartz and fell in love with the Internal Family Systems model. Since then, I have been using this model as the primary way that I work with clients.
I have learned and become much more connected to Compassion in my life which is helpful to me personally as well as my clients. I enjoy meeting clients where they are in their life and getting to know them in a safe environment that allows them to talk about themselves with no judgement.
