I work with adults, couples, teens/adolescents who are experiencing difficulties with mood, motivation, depression, anxiety, identity development, family/relationships, and beyond. It's my goal to foster understanding and assist you in your aspirations toward your defined happiness to live your best life.
As humans we have this unique ability of resiliency and call to adapt to our specific needs throughout our journey of life. The path on our journey can seem treacherous at times without additional support to level the walkway. I take a humanistic approach to counseling individuals, creating a space to freely explore and come to resolutions tailored to you.
