Do you want someone that will be real and not hide behind clinical jargon? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of North Carolina. I provide therapy to adults through individual, couples, and group counseling. I have many years of experience working with individuals struggling with stressful life events, grief and loss, and relationship issues with a spouse or significant other.
I have a multi-disciplinary treatment approach, utilizing a wide range of proven progressive tools to clarify problems, sustain progress and stabilize each person's life. Interventions include Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Premarital Counseling and Christian Counseling.
