About
I am a neuropsychologist, licensed psychologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I conduct neuropsychological assessments for a variety of individuals experiencing emotional and learning difficulties. I work with clients of all ages with OCD, panic disorder, mood disorders, tic disorders, and individuals having difficulty with school or job performance due to emotional or learning challenges. I use a blend of CBT, Mindfulness, and ACT approaches to help clients overcome their difficulties. My approach is rooted in the science of psychology and clients learn practical skills to address their problems.
I received my doctoral degree from UNC Greensboro and completed a one year internship and two year postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. In 2011, I was the recipient of the Outstanding Practitioner Award provided by BABAT. I am former Vice President of the IOCDF NH Affiliate, and current President of PennABA.
My approach is to help those seeking services learn how we come to develop emotional and learning difficulties, and develop skills to manage these challenges. One of my goals as a provider is that by the end of treatment, clients will have developed skills that they can use for the rest of their lives to manage the difficulties they face.
