About
Do you feel like an outsider? Do you want to feel secure letting someone else help carry your worries? Are you ready for help with organizing the slurry of overwhelm, burnout, shame, trauma, bullying, stress overload, or anger? Many of us - myself included - aren't inherently good at knowing "how to human," and many of us weren't taught how to feel safe with our emotions - big or small. Let's work together to tackle the hard stuff in a validating and warm environment with no judgement.
Mental Health isn't one-size-fits-all. Care needs to be uniquely tailored to fit each individual. I have served multiple populations, including adults with neurodivergence, military members, children, families, and gifted individuals. I employ existential humanism, positive psychology, positive disintegration, and ludotherapy among other proven methods.
I have worked with people who are dealing with unbelievably complex and emotionally devastating challenges, and have helped them see it through. Chances are, if you are reading these words, you are going through something yourself. I invite you to reach out and see if we're a good fit.
