I am a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical with 4 years of experience supporting adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, self-esteem issues, trauma, and stress, empowering them to achieve their goals and foster healthier relationships.
I completed my Master of Social Work at Madonna University. With a warm and welcoming approach, I use methods including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, strengths-based therapy, and motivational interviewing to provide a personalized approach.
