Counseling is a way for individuals, couples, families and groups to find their healthy state in life. One of the best ways to uncover and implement our healthy lifestyle is through the therapeutic process. I work with teens and adults to help overcome sexual addictions, heal from depression and cope with anxiety. My work with teens greatly involves providing parents with tools for success. I also work with couples who are struggling with sexual addictions, infidelity and emotional affairs. My work with couples includes improving communication, strengthening emotional connection and healing emotional wounds.

I completed my Master's degree in Professional Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Completed my Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. I have experience with the Band of Brothers program which helps young men overcome sexual addictions. I also received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples.

My wife and I have been married for over 12 years and we have four active daughters. I enjoy playing sports and currently participate in local leagues for basketball and flag football. One day the pain will outweigh the joy of playing.
