If you’re dealing with addiction, trauma, or patterns that keep repeating—especially when you’ve tried to change but nothing sticks—especially while others rely on you—you’re not alone. You may be functioning on the outside but feel stuck or disconnected underneath. My approach is trauma-informed and experiential, focused on understanding patterns, shame, and the underlying drivers so real, lasting change can happen can happen. This work goes beyond insight—helping you shift how you think, feel, and respond in real time.. I provide SAP evaluations and DOT return-to-duty services for federally mandated requirements.
I help clients break patterns that keep them stuck—addiction, emotional shutdown, stress, and relationship struggles. We focus on what’s underneath the surface, including past experiences and shame. This is active, experiential work focused on real, lasting change—not just insight.
Reaching out can be difficult, especially if you’re used to handling things on your own. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start. If something here resonates, I invite you to take the next step and connect.
