As such, my therapeutic intention is to co-create a world of safety, connection, and freedom using practices for the mind, heart, and soul. Together, we will work to find the unique goals and approaches that serve the overall intention. I utilize an eclectic approach that relies on individual engagement. We will work to gain insight, motivations, and development of tools and skills to help improve growth and healing.
I offer a space where being human is honored and the growth process comes from developing skills over time. I come from a trauma-informed background that addresses how we see ourselves, each other, and the world have been influenced and reinforced over time.
