Jus Lee Counseling Group has EVENING and WEEKEND appointments available both in office and Telehealth! My experience includes working with adults and teens to work through trauma, establish recovery, help develop coping skills, resiliency, and balance in their lives. I use evidence-based CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDR techniques which accelerate the brain's response to learning how to change negative beliefs to positive beliefs.
I have over 14 years of working with women and men who have battled trauma, addiction, work-related stress, family issues, and mood related disorders. My practice is client-centered using a variety of ACT, BA, CBT, DBT, EFT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and IFS skills. Most of my clients are in-office but I also offer Telehealth that is HIPPA compliant.
Many of us struggle with anger, anxiety, depression, and trauma. My greatest joy is seeing you make positive changes and be more successful with your relationships and in your everyday life.
