Hello! I am a therapist who is focused on helping hurting couples and individuals. I use trauma and attachment-informed therapies to help individuals overcome the effects of difficult life experiences. I also use Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy to help couples repair their relationship. My clients often have a low view of self and have difficulty in relationships with others. We will work together to improve your feelings about who you are. We will also work to improve your ability to relate to others in healthy ways. I specialize in both Emotionally Focused Individual (EFIT) and Couple (EFCT) Therapies as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. I use EFIT and EMDR with individuals who want to heal from difficult life experiences that are keeping them from living the life they want. I use EFCT to help couples heal their relationship.

I have advanced training in EFCT. With couples, I use EFCT to deescalate tension and repair their bond. With individuals, I work with my clients to identify the adverse life experiences that are at the root of their mental health symptoms. We may use EMDR therapy to reprocess and desensitize these experiences with the result of a reduction in symptoms and improved outlook.
