It seems that whenever, and in whatever ways we are suffering, we have become stuck in a pattern that reflects a limited sense of ourselves, having lost track of who we are meant to be. Through use of a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, together we find ways to create a greater sense of wholeness and inner freedom.
My hope for each individual or couple with whom I work, is that the development of a stronger and freer sense of self will result in a wider range of choices that will lead to a more meaningful life and more satisfying relationships.
My 30+ years of experience as a psychologist and psychoanalyst, working with adults, adolescents, children and couples, has given me an appreciation for the complexities of human experience. I trust the therapeutic process and regard it as a privilege to collaborate with you in this endeavor.
