I specialize in trauma recovery, grief, loss, and spirituality. I have worked with survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, suicide, and various forms of self-harm. I also work with individuals who want to explore issues related to identity, gender, and sexuality. I help cultivate an authentic, integrated, and empowered expression of self by way of connecting with denser emotions such as grief, fear, and despair. This work is grounded in belief through experience that we can heal, regenerate, and thrive. I have witnessed suffering alchemized into joy, desperation into hope, insecurity into confidence, doubt into trust.
Guided by genuine curiosity, empathy, and reverence, we will mindfully consider the context and essential elements that make-up the amalgam of who you are and how they inform your lived experience. This thoughtful approach will strengthen your innate capacity for wholeness and connection to create the life and relationships your chosen self desires.
Through the implementation of talk therapy, somatic therapy, homework, and mindfulness techniques you will become a welcomed resident of your inner world and fluent in its language, and that in turn will lead to increased confidence, calm, clarity, courage, and flexibility in responding to your external environment.
