I am trained in Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and CBT. I am also a David Kessler certified grief educator. I help clients heal emotional wounds that keep them repeating painful patterns and develop skills for coping with hardship. Whether it’s a breakup, death of a loved one, or another difficult change, you deserve support.
Therapy shouldn't feel robotic or one-sided. Prescriptive advice is not what promotes healing.
