I currently have openings for in person and Telehealth appointments. As an experienced psychotherapist, I work with a diverse adult population, offering both individual and group therapy. I’m trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, and in recent years my work has centered on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. IFS is a compassionate, practical approach that can be applied across many concerns, helping clients understand and heal the emotional and behavioral patterns that shape their lives.
Through a process of self-discovery, clients learn to relate differently to feelings such as depression, anxiety, grief, fear, and shame, allowing for greater balance, clarity, and connection with themselves and others. IFS can also be especially helpful for working with parts tied to impulsivity or long-standing patterns that feel difficult to change.
I draw from evidence-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves and ease emotions or behaviors that may be getting in the way. Not everyone feels ready for IFS right away—and that’s okay. I also use CBT and DBT to offer practical tools and support, meeting clients where they are.
