Together we will tackle the issues that interfere with your ability to live a fulfilling and effective life, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional trauma. I work with people from a wide variety of backgrounds, but I have particular experience working with first responders and military veterans. If you are experiencing a mental health challenge like addiction, depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, or phobia, you do not need to feel alone in your journey. Together we will ensure you have the tools to better manage these obstacles.
I have experience working in addictions, grief, and trauma. My training includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, DBT and Reality Therapy. These techniques work to put you in the driver's seat of your life by analyzing beliefs and thought patterns, sense of control, and mindfulness techniques. I have training in Gottman Level 2 for couples.
I have experience in the field of emergency response and understand the stress and emotional challenges that come from working in that unique field. That said, often the biggest roadblock to help is the fear of being judged. If there is one place you can feel safe to explore what is impacting your life, it is in our sessions together.
