About
I help clients walk the pathway back to emotional well-being and secure relationships, all while feeling supported and affirmed. Through the 15+ years of experience as a therapist, I provide state of the art therapy for couples, individuals and families, tailored to the situations and needs of clients. Depression, loneliness, divorce, frustration and despair isn't inevitable. Security with yourself and stable relationships with others are possible with help.
Therapy is mostly a corrective helping relationship, but technical training is equally important. I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy and Discernment Counseling, have advanced training in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, and I stay up to date in trainings in the art and science of effective therapy.
I guide clients to health and resolution, and I don't give up hope that relationships and our emotional lives can be more satisfying and stable. Whether serving couples, families or individuals, I provide a warm, engaged, and validating therapy experience that builds understanding and security for self and others.
